Every promotional or recurring communication sent through our platform must include a clear, functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future messages. Senders are required to:

Users who manage contact lists within our platform are responsible for maintaining data quality. This includes:
- Regularly removing invalid, bounced, or unsubscribed addresses
- Not re-importing contacts who have previously opted out
- Validating the source and consent basis for all imported contacts
- Promptly acting on hard bounces and spam complaints
